The workshop programme connects practical soldering with sensing and creative programming. Participants can work through the relationship between a component, the signal it produces and the behaviour they want to create.
Custom boards and examples make it possible to connect the session to a creative context, such as sound, a physical interaction or a small installation. The format is developed around the group’s experience and the facilities available.
Sound Through Surfaces is one example of this approach. Sensor-based sessions can also be developed around a group’s interests and learning goals.
